These are Nelly Gnu's parents. Nelly's Daddy works a a cook and a builder; He drives a red truck and loves to spend time doing things with his daughter. Nelly's Mama works part time at a garden center and takes care of Nelly and her baby brother.
Nelly Gnu
Nelly Gnu is Llama Llama's best friend. She is spunky, asks lots of questions, and sometimes gets into trouble. Nelly likes to build and paint things. Her favorite colors are purple and blue.
Gilroy Goat
Gilroy is a classmate of Llama Llama and Nelly Gnu. He is their friend, but sometimes he can do and say things that are not nice and that hurt other people's feelings. Gilroy is not mean, but he sometimes has a hard time controlling what he does and says.
William (Bill) Goat
This is Gilroy's daddy. He works as an architect designing houses and buildings.

Llama's classmate who likes dance, music, flowers, and making crafts.

The super-smart classmate of Llama Llama who is really good at math, science, and building things.
